Close position below % loss

The Close position below % loss safety will close any open position that crosses the user-defined loss threshold. This is similar to the Stop Loss Fixed Price safety except that this safety uses a fixed percentage, whereas the Stop Loss Fixed Price uses a fixed price.

This safety only produces a sell signal
