Obtaining the API Key

To setup the API keys for your Bitpanda account, click on thePanda icon at the top right of the site and then API.

Click on New API key.

Complete the New API key form by supplying the (1) API key name , (2) selecting the permissions Read and Trade and (3) if your HTS has a static IP address you can use the IP restriction to increase your API security. Click (4) Create API key to proceed.

Supply your 2FA token to authorize the creation of the key.

An email confirmation will be sent.

Confirm the creation of the API key via the email link.

Bitpanda will display the newly created API key. Please copy the key to be used in the Haas Trade Server.

Adding the API to HaasOnline Trade Server

Login to your HTS server as usual.

Click on Price Drivers & Accounts.

Enable the Bitpanda Price Driver (toggle the button green).

Click on Add New Account.

1. Input a name for your account in Account Name.

2. Select Account Type as Spot Trading.

3. Select Platform as Bitpanda.

4. Paste the Bitpanda API key into the API key field then click (5)Save.

Once that is done, you should see a green checkmark once you have successfully connected the API to your HaasOnline Trade Server.

Troubleshooting

If your API key can't connect and you are using Windows, please consider installing NetTime.
