Trade Only Trending

The Trade Only Trending insurance ignores trade signals generated during stable market conditions. This forces the bot to only trade during periods of volatility.

This insurance determines if the market is trending based on 1 minute ticks. Determinations of market conditions cannot be made instantaneously, additional data points are required. E.g. We must wait for the next candle(s) to know what is happening before we can determine if the market is trending. For this reason, the insurance will lag a bit.
