Troubleshooting

Once you have setup HaasOnline Trade Server, it is highly recommended to increase security by enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). Simply navigate to the settings page to enable 2FA login. With the assistance of Google Authenticator, you are adding an extra layer of security.

Should you have lost access to your 2FA device, you can manually disable it by editing the file MainSettings.XML located in:

• Windows

  C:\Users\<YourUserID>\My Documents\HTS\Settings or C:\Users\<YourUserID>\Documents\HTS\Settings

• MacOS

  ~/Library/Application Support/HTS/Settings

• Linux

  /root/HTS/Settings
