HaasOnline provides non-custodial trading automation software that enables users to implement their own trading logic using user-controlled accounts and parameters.

This software is a professional-grade trading automation framework designed for advanced users who independently design, configure, and operate their own trading logic. The company does not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, or performance guarantees.

No Investment Advice¶

HaasOnline does not provide investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. The software is provided as an automation tool only.

No information, documentation, or software feature should be construed as investment advice
No strategy examples, bot templates, or community configurations constitute recommendations
All trading decisions are made solely by the user
Users must independently evaluate all strategies and configurations before deployment

No Performance Guarantees¶

Past performance is not indicative of future results. HaasOnline makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding:

Profitability of any trading strategy or bot configuration
Performance of any software feature or automation tool
Achievement of any particular trading outcome

User Assumes All Trading Risk¶

The user bears all trading risk when using HaasOnline software.

Trading cryptocurrencies, forex, and other financial instruments carries substantial risk of loss. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

Software Provided As-Is¶

HaasOnline software is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Warranties of merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Accuracy or reliability of results

Users are responsible for testing, validating, and monitoring all automated trading strategies in their own trading environments.

No Fiduciary Relationship¶

No fiduciary relationship exists between HaasOnline and any user of the software.

HaasOnline does not manage user funds or trading accounts
HaasOnline does not have custody of user assets
HaasOnline does not make trading decisions on behalf of users
HaasOnline does not act as a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or commodity trading advisor

No Solicitation or Inducement to Trade¶

Nothing in HaasOnline's software, documentation, or communications should be construed as:

A solicitation to trade any financial instrument
An inducement to enter into any transaction
A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset
A suggestion that any particular trading strategy will be profitable

Users independently decide whether, when, and how to trade.

Limitation of Liability¶

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HaasOnline shall not be liable for any:

Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Trading losses or missed trading opportunities
Damages resulting from software bugs, errors, or malfunctions
Damages resulting from exchange downtime, API failures, or connectivity issues
Damages resulting from user configuration errors or misuse of software

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if HaasOnline has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third-Party Services¶

HaasOnline software integrates with third-party cryptocurrency exchanges and data providers. HaasOnline:

Does not control third-party services
Is not responsible for third-party service availability, reliability, or accuracy
Is not liable for losses resulting from third-party service failures or errors
Does not endorse any particular exchange or service provider

Users must independently evaluate and accept the risks associated with third-party services.

Educational Use Only¶

All strategy examples, bot templates, community configurations, HaasScript examples, and documentation are provided for educational purposes only.

These examples demonstrate software capabilities and technical implementation patterns. They do not constitute:

Recommended trading strategies
Optimal configurations
Tested or validated approaches
Strategies suitable for any particular market condition or user

Users must independently test, validate, and customize all examples before deployment in live trading environments.

AI Assistant Disclaimers¶

HaasOnline software includes AI chatbot assistants (Thomas, Julia, David) that provide technical support and code generation assistance.

These AI assistants:

Do not provide investment advice or trading recommendations
May generate code or strategies that require independent validation
May produce incorrect, incomplete, or suboptimal outputs
Do not guarantee any level of trading performance

Users bear full responsibility for all strategies created or suggested by AI assistants. All AI-generated code must be independently reviewed, tested, and validated before use.

Backtesting Limitations¶

Backtesting and simulation features are provided for analytical and educational purposes only.

Backtesting results:

Assume perfect execution and zero slippage (unrealistic in live markets)
May not account for all trading costs and fees
Are based on historical data that may not repeat
Can be influenced by look-ahead bias and overfitting
Do not represent expected future performance

Users should not rely solely on backtesting results when making trading decisions.
