Lost password

If you've lost your password, go to the login page and click on the Lost password link. You will be taken to a new page where you can enter your email and 2FA code to reset your password.

Lost 2FA code

If you've lost your 2FA code or it's not working, log in as usual and click on Email 2FA login on the 2FA input page. You will receive an email with a 2FA code that you can use to log in. Then, go to the settings page to reset your 2FA code.

Lost 2FA and password

If you lost your password and 2FA code then we recommend you contact the support desk at [e-mail] and ask for a full login reset.
