MySQL: fixed TradeServer 4.0.7.132 stopping at startup with "Database structure check... [Failed]" and an SQL syntax error when it runs on a MySQL database; the Smart Trade tables are created on the next start. SQLite installs were not affected
MySQL: a new install on a MySQL database no longer fails to create its devices table
Bybit: on unified (UTA) accounts the margin mode is read from the account, so a saved Isolated setting no longer switches back to Cross after the first trade
Bybit Inverse: unified (UTA) accounts show their balance again, and switching between Isolated and Cross is accepted
Smart Trade: Execute Trade stays within the window with several take-profit targets, so the Buy/Sell button is always in view
Execute Trade: Order type and Time in force values stay on one line instead of being cut off
Order Overview: distances from the price are shown in a neutral color instead of red and green; Needs attention says "Distance to price" and shows the distance without a sign
