Added guaranteeInterval parameter to EnableHighSpeedUpdates() HaasScript command. When enabled, ensures script execution at least once every 5 seconds
Added Sleep() HaasScript command to pause script execution for a specified number of milliseconds (0-10000ms). Useful for adding random delays to order placement timing. Sleep time does not count toward script execution timeout
